Wellington State Park, Newfound Lake, Bristol - 20 mi. Other information in the office. REGISTRATION Please complete and return the enclosed registration card with the required deposit of $30. This deposit will be credited against the Conference fixed fee if you attend the Conference. A registration card without the deposit will not be accepted. This deposit is not required of scientists from foreign-countries. Under "Special Requirements" please state whether you desire a single room, double room, or to share a room with a particular individual. Any other requirements, such as a physical handicap requiring the elimination of steps, should be stated. The Board of Trustees of the Conference has established a fixed fee of $130 for resident conferees at each Conference. Individuals riot in residence at the Conference because of special requirements must pay a registration fee of $65 instead of the resident fee of $50. GUESTS A registration card and a deposit of $30 is required for each guest. This deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received two weeks prior to the Conference. CANCELLATION The deposit will be forfeited if an approved application is cancelled. This deposit is not transferable to another Conference or conferee. CONFERENCE MEETINGS The meetings will be held daily at 9:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. (except Friday, when no evening session will be held). The Conference will close at noon on Friday. OFFICE HOURS Sunday, 2:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. BADGES It is necessary to register at the Conference office and obtain your badge when you arrive. It is equally important when you leave to return your badge and notify the Conference office. ROOMS Rooms are available for occupancy the Sunday afternoon prior to the Conference. Rooms may be occupied until the following Sunday except for the last week of the Conferences. The room assignments for conferees arriving on Sunday after office hours are posted on the bulletin board. An additional charge per night per person plus gratuity, will be made for a room with private bath or for a single room if no double rooms or roommates are available. An additional charge will also be made for rooms occupied more than 5 Conference nights. MEALS Dinner will be served Sunday evening at 7:00 p.m. Meals are served American Plan during the Conference but will not be available after Friday noon. RECREATION Golf, swimming, tennis, etc., are available and although it is possible to obtain certain athletic equipment through the Conferences, it is suggested that you bring a tennis racket, golf clubs, etc., if you wish to participate in these activities. Horseshoe courts, badminton courts and ping pong tables are available. Equipment may be obtained through the Conference office. CHILDREN Accommodations at the Conference are available for children at least 12 years of age. PETS Pets are not permitted at the Conference site. SNACK BAR Sandwiches, set-ups, etc., may be purchased at the Snack Bar and Lounge. LIQUOR Liquor may be purchased at the State-operated package stores in New Hampshire, and at retail package stores in Wisconsin.
